Dear Olmert,
You met Mubarak today. You apologized for Palestinians being caught in the crossfire during the IDF's offensive in Ramallah this afternoon. Surely your apology is appreciated on the 'other' side. I want you to know that your apology is appreciate on this side, here. I like a leader who is capable of apology. And I appreciate your wisdom conveying your regret at an audience with the president of an Arab nation. Brave.
Now let's hope you don't need to apologize often.
