Dear Olmert,
So the cabinet today decided to cut ministry budget by 3.5% across the board, well almost across the board, to shift moneys to ministries in dire need: public security, health, education and defense. Nice work. Move money from here to there.
Here is my question: If there is a need to change our funding priorities today, why were priorities misarranged yesterday. How do we know that our priorities are correct for tomorrow. And if your time (read: our time) is spent rearranging priorities, who will building, create and develop new possibilities and opportunities for us?
