Dear Olmert,
I don't like it. I do not like it. More than 70 killed in the last two days, by our defense forces. And this is how Ha'aretz quotes you: "Let me be clear, Israel has no intention of stopping the fight against terror for even a second." Fighting terror is one thing. But what are you trying to prove? Why be macho?
You continued today with: "Everyone understands that harming Hamas means strengthening the chances for peace, and the more we harm Hamas, the more the chances for peace will grow. In addition, the moderate Palestinian leadership understands this".
This moderate Israeli does not understand that harming means strengthening. Harming means harming. We are harming ourselves.
It's painful. Stop it.
