Dear Olmert,
I heard you say today "Let all residents of Gaza walk by foot...". This statement come a time when your government is limiting Gaza's supply of benzine, electricity and other necessary and other goods.
You are not the only one to talk big today. The defense minister announced that as long as there is no quiet here, there will be 'noise' there. "I care more about our quiet than their quiet", he explained. Our foreign minister, too, chipped in: ""The Palestinian people need to understand that there will be no routine living or normal economic situation as long as Israeli citizens are unable to function normally."
Well, I am not impressed with such big talk. I take issue with your choice of words. You are the tip of the top and I expect a vision from you. You can do better and I expect that from you. Start with the words you choose. Start small. Be hopeful. Use your words to create a reality that is in our best interest.
Thank you.
