Dear Olmert,
President George W. Bush is currently visiting Israel. The president of the United States of America arrived this morning and was received warmly by you and your government.
I must say, I am impressed by all the trouble you and the government have gone through to be so hospitable to Bush on his first presidential trip to Israel. It is my wish that you will be as accommodating of the leadership of our neighbors in ensuring successful negotiations and an agreement with the people with whom we share this land.
That is my wish for you, dear Olmert. For President Bush, I wish a trip that is productive, constructive and a contribution to our peace. I wish to see progress.
