Words aren't everything

Dear Olmert,

You are speaking now at the Knesset, called to the parliament to defend yourself in light of the Winograd Report, which did not paint you as personally responsible for the Second Lebanon War.

You are speaking as I write, and I have this thought: Let your actions do the speaking. You may have been absolved of responsibility by Winograd's inquiry commission. But you are responsible to the people of Israel and I hope you will act to honor this responsibility.
